| This scholarship was established by Julia Elaine Herlinger in honor and memory of her husband, Dr. William B. Herlinger, in 2003. Dr. Herlinger was Chairman of the Foreign Languages Department at the College from 1968-1975. The recipient must demonstrate merit and financial need and maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average. Preference will be given to students from Wise County. | |
