| The Fine Arts Grants are awarded biennially in two categories, Performing Arts and Visual Arts. The next Performing Arts awards will be given in Instrumental Music ( Stringed instruments only) and the next Visual Arts awards will be given in Painting (all media). A maximum of one $5,000 first place grant, one $3,000 second place grant, and one $1,000 third place grant may be given in each category, and will be paid over a two year period. The grants are for a graduate degree program or a study course not part of a graduate degree program or an extensive in-depth project which would enable the applicant to grow professionally.
Applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree. Alpha Delta Kappa members are eligible to apply. (International Executive Board, members of scholarship boards and committees, and substantial contributors, as well as relatives of any of the aforementioned groups cannot receive scholarships, grants, or other payments under programs adopted by the Foundation.) All returned applications should be directed to mail: certified mail - return receipt requested. Please specify PERFORMING ARTS or VISUAL ARTS category when requesting information and/or applications. |
