| Recipients shall be selected based on a preference for underrepresented minorities who are in good standing academically at the college after the first semester. Recipients shall submit an essay which includes but is not limited to writing a 500 word essay outlining the students background experiences and what they plan to do to help the College recruit and retain a diverse student population. | |
