| The recipient shall be a full-time student majoring in journalism at USCA. The recipient shall have at least a cumulative 2.5 GPA. Selection will be made by the Journalism faculty and a faculty selection committee in concurrence with donors. Recommendations made by the appropriate Journalism faculty may be considered by the HAS Committee before the final selection. | |
