To be eligible for scholarship awards, students must meet the following criteria: (a) work an average of 10 hours per week on the campus newspaper or other approved journalism publication, (b) be a resident of Virginia or Kentucky, (c) be in good standing in all facets of college life, and (d) desire a career in journalism, either print or electronic. | |
