| Endowed in January 2002 by her husband Dr. Michael McIntosh and the Law family. Debra Law McIntosh was a graduate of WVU Parkersburg’s nursing program and served as a nurse in the Parkersburg area. She was the mother of four children. Scholarships given in Debra Law McIntosh’s name will be awarded to students, prefereably those with financial need, who major in nursing or any medical field. | |
