| For full-time undergraduate students attending the Athens campus of Ohio University and majoring in special education within the College of Education. Recipients must have completed Blocks I and II of their academic programs and must have a minimum 3.5 cumulative g.p.a. Applicants must submit two or three references, a resume, and a philosophy statement. Selection made by the College of Education Scholarship Committee.
