| Students must be currently enrolled in the Master of Public Administration program, have completed a minimum of 8 hours of OU graduate work, have no more than 24 hours and have a GPA of 3.50 or better. The award will be based on merit as indicated by: GPA, letters of recommendation, career accomplishments, or other evidence of academic promise. Students may self-nominate by submitting a statement and one faculty recommendation letter. | |
